opis
Kompozycja symetryczna, kolaż wykonany z fragmentów pocztówek naklejonych na papier. Kolorowe fragmenty miejskiej architektury na tle błękitu nieba. W centralnej części kompozycji czarno-biała postać dziecka. Fragment pocztówki przedstawiający postać dziecka umieszczony jest poniżej dwóch pozostałych fragmentów pocztówek. Kompozycję z obu stron domykają rozdarte brzegi pocztówki. Opis od artysty: One piece of the "Behind You" series that "cut the existing landscape in the center and replace the left and right fragments to make the landscape." I have no idea what the building in this picture is. When I visited Krakow last time (June 2017), I bought about 100 postcards and old photos at the flea market. The girl in the middle is probably taken from a family picture about 80 years ago. I was looking for a background that just matched the girl, and by chance I found a postcard that would fit in visually. Therefore, there is no meaning for me to choose the landscape. Rather, I am very worried about what the building was. In Japan, it has been believed that spirit and life reside within everything in the universe, so I'm still a little concerned about cutting up the original postcard, not a copy. Anyway, I combined the girl in the age of black and white photography and the background of the age of color photography, In other words, different times are connected to each other, so I named it "Behind You-The Time".
